Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders to the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

We are doing our best to expand our shipping locations even further. For any locations not included in the list, please email and we’ll do our best to assist you.

All of our deliveries are FREE for our customers.

Our standard delivery takes between 3-30 days to arrive as we have different warehouses where we ship products from. We’ll do our best to keep you informed and updated on where your order is and how soon it will arrive.

We’re working hard  on improving our shipping times and options.

If you’re interested in any sizes that we don’t currently offer, we are happy to discuss your needs and work on custom orders. Keep in mind, though, that these may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.

Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders – If any order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal or absence, or the provision of incorrect shipping information, we will try to get in touch with you. However, we reserve the right to recharge all shipping costs to enable us to resend the order.

Returns and Refunds

You can return your faulty or incorrect items within 30 days from the date of dispatch in order to get a full refund back to the original payment method. Simply get in touch with us at with the reason for the return and we’ll assist with your return.

You may exchange your items within 30 days of the date of dispatch. If there aren’t any suitable items for exchange we can either issue a credit note to use in our store, or we can refund the amount to the original payment method.

We are doing our best to ensure all dispatched orders are correct and prompt but unfortunately there are rare occasions that the wrong items may be sent. In this case, please contact us immediately at quoting your name, address, contact and order details (order number and wrong items). All efforts will be made to send you the correct items as soon as possible.
